Lee Greenwood Accepts Presidential Appointment to National Arts Council

Kirt Webster to join ACM Board of Directors for 2008-2009
The Academy of Country Music is announcing its new board of directors. This year, there are fourteen qualifying professional categories that are elected by the Academy’s membership. In addition to those elected, director-at-large positions have been appointed by Chairman, Rod Essig and President, John Grady. Directors are elected from each category based on number of members in that category. Each director serves staggered two-year terms, with half the board membership changing each year. Full Text
