TWIN LAKES, Wis. (July 26, 2014) – Country Thunder continues to prove why it is THE premier lifestyle and music event of the summer that keeps fans of all ages coming back year after year. Country music’s bad boy Brantley Gilbert tore through a high-energy set that had the crowd’s drinks “Bottoms Up,” while Randy Houser showed fans “How Country Feels.” The main stage also featured country royalty Mark Chesnutt and Joe-Joe-Joe Diffie, as well as one of country music’s fastest rising stars Charlie Worsham. When attendees weren’t singing and dancing at one of the multiple stages showcasing a variety of music, including classic and new Country, Bluegrass and EDM, they were riding the sling shot, ferris wheel, zip line, mechanical bull, helicopter and more.
In partnership with Operation Homefront, Houser was joined by CMT’s Alecia Davis and Cody Alan and Operation Homefront COO Tim Farrell in welcoming the Lynch family to Country Thunder where they were presented with a Chase mortgage-free home and free groceries for a year.

Day Two of Sold-Out Country Thunder Featured Diverse Line-Up with Country Superstar Miranda Lambert, Rising Stars Eli Young Band, Fan Favorite Craig Morgan & More
TWIN LAKES, Wis. (July 25, 2014) – Country Thunder continues to break records as over 33,000 fans descended on Twin Lakes, Wis., for day two of the sold-out, four-day festival. Country megastar Miranda Lambert hit the stage and blazed through a hit-filled set that had the packed crowd’s cowboy boots stompin’ in the mud and fists pumpin’ in the air. The main stage also featured high-energy performances by rising stars Eli Young Band, fan favorite Craig Morgan and country legends Sawyer Brown, among others. This year’s festival offers something for everyone, with bluegrass at The Roy’s Pickin’ Porch, electronic music with a country spin at Electric Thunder and the best local talent showcased at The Listening Room, brought to you by Q98.5.

Twin Lakes, Wis., welcomed a record-setting crowd of 33,000+ cowboy boot-wearin’ and country music-lovin’ fans. The 21st annual Country Thunder Music festival is presenting six stages, four exhilarating thrill rides, two rotating helicopters, including an overabundance of food, fun and libations. The main stage featured the perfect mix of young and upcoming artists, as well as traditional and established country hit-makers, with Gary Allan, Thompson Square, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and more. The Listening Room, brought to you by Q98.5, showcased the best of both local and national talent, including Saddlebrook, Jamie Campbell Band and other fan favorites.
